Saxophone Lessons:

For students entering the school band program, lessons will be a beneficial resource to help increase technical skill and knowledge of the instrument. We will work on scales, concert, festival, and competition music. We will address specific needs to the individual student. In addition we will work on solo repertoire for our annual studio recitals. Saxophone students also have the option of attending the National Federation of Music Clubs festival at ETSU.

Beginner adults are welcome as well! All students must have their own instrument and supplies. If the instrument is used, it needs to be checked out by a technician to see that it is in good playing order before beginning.  

In house technician - a bonus resource - several minor issues can usually be taken care of here, sometimes quickly. If I can't easily fix it, we can consult with Mr. Stair (my husband) to see if we need to send it to the shop. A saxophone player as well, he has spent several years working in his grandfather's music store specializing in the repair of saxophone and woodwind instruments while in college.
